We’ve taken this a step further by including supplier ratings for each of our suppliers on panel, to help you select the right one for your clients.

How our supplier ratings work?

Our supplier ratings are based on meaningful feedback and data touch points including:

  • Broker feedback gathered from our 'How was it for you?' email upon completion. This feedback is vital to helping us understand and build a more accurate picture of our suppliers' performance.
  • Average time to completion
  • SLA performance
  • Internal SortRefer team feedback
  • Communication and collaboration with the SortRefer team

 

Where do I see these ratings?

When you log into your SortRefer account, you can view supplier ratings in the ‘Our Suppliers’ tab and during the quotation creation process — making it easier than ever to choose the right partner.

They feature as a 5-star rating or as an approval rating.

Every piece of feedback helps shape the overall ratings. The more feedback we receive after cases complete, the more our ratings become refined – helping to give you peace of mind, knowing you are choosing the right supplier for your clients.
