- Wednesday 24th December - Phone lines close at 1pm
- Christmas Day - New Year's Day - Closed
- Friday 2nd January - Phone lines open as normal – 9:15am – 4:45pm
Our online portal will still be available for you to access and use throughout the festive period, please note that our support team will return on Friday 2nd January 2026.
