Paul Gregory joined SortRefer back in 2013 as the first Regional Account Manager of the company. January 2013, I was the first Regional Account Manager to join SortRefer

2. What was your previous job role?

I previously worked as an Intermediary Relationship Manager at Barclays

3. Describe a typical day as a Regional Account Manager?

Scheduling meetings with new & existing introducers, answering phone calls and emails from my brokers. I spend most of my day in my car driving around to meet people.

4. What's the best way you can resolve an issue for a broker?

Take ownership and escalate the issue as fast as you can.

Hitting my targets for the year

7. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Watching my two kids play football, watching Aston Villa, walking the dog and drinking beer!
