Wayne has joined our SortRefer team as your new Regional Support Executive for the South East. 

He'll be working closely alongside your Regional Business Development Manager, Wes Davies, to provide you with dedicated support and guidance, so you can confidently manage client cases and system features. Whether it's assisting you with our systems navigation, case progress, or general enquiries, Wayne is here to support you with all your SortRefer case and system needs.

To help you get to know Wayne a little better, we asked him a few questions, so you can get to know the person behind the role...

How have you found your experience at SortRefer so far?

The experience has been amazing, the people are so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help.

What made you want to join our SortRefer team?

I wanted to work in a dynamic workspace with a helpful role and something to work towards.

What did you do before joining?

I mainly worked in call centres as a customer support advisor.

What does your role as a Regional Support Executive involve?

I speak to a number of different people on a daily basis, helping with queries that revolve around conveyancing.

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?

I bake quite a bit and also like to read

Do you have any interesting hobbies or interests outside of work?

I DJ in my spare room when I can. I also have an interest in trainers and have a few pairs.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

The Far East would be my chosen destination.

What’s on song that’s always on your playlist?

Black by Pearl Jam and anything by Nirvana.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt in your career so far?

Patience is a virtue.

What advice would you give to someone looking to start a career in conveyancing?

To do it, just go for it and give SortRefer a try.
