We're pleased to introduce the newest member of the SortRefer family, Rebecca Cooper! Rebecca joined our Telephone Business Development Manager team as a Sales Team Leader.
We're excited to have her on board and for her to share her experience and knowledge with the team. Now that Rebecca has settled in, we have taken some time this week to get to know her personally.

What attracted you to SortRefer?
When I came for my interview, it was clear that this was a great workplace, and I'm still finding it that way.
How have you found your first few weeks with us?
I have been overwhelmed by how welcoming everyone has been to me and how I feel like a team member, so thank you to everyone! You've made my first month great.
What did you do before SortRefer?
Previously I was a team leader for a customer service team for an automotive accessories company.
How did you hear about SortRefer?
I found SortRefer on Indeed and checked it out on LinkedIn. It seemed like a great company to work for, so I applied for the role!
Tell us about yourself; what are your hobbies and Interests?
I am a bit of a nerd, so I like to watch anime and Sci-Fi. I also do glass painting and digital art on Procreate. I'm currently learning to play the guitar.
Describe your perfect day off to us.
Waking up late, lots of cuddles with my cat and a takeaway.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I have always wanted to live in Finland as it is the happiest country in the world.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
I would love to be like Jean Grey and have the power of telekinesis and telepathy.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
I wanted to be a forensic scientist; watching too much CSI, probably!
Who inspires you?
I have to say, Princess Diana.
What do you feel you can bring to SortRefer?
A lot of experience in running a team and a passion for inspiring others. I like to see others do well.
