SortRefer's Hall of Fame Case Handler Incentive has been designed to put well-deserving Case Handlers in the spotlight and reward them with unique gifts.
The gifts for our Case Handlers include:
£100 Love2shop vouchers.
£200 Colleague Box hamper, made for sharing with the team.
What is the incentive?
The aim of the incentive is for us to gather feedback from our Mortgage Brokers about our Case Handlers. Based on your feedback, we'd like to crown the 'Top 5' in terms of Service levels. These people/teams will then feature in our Hall of Fame.
