What is the process?
SortRefer has two Will options for your customers:
Fully Advised Traditional Will with Stephensons and Kinhehrit:
Quote through the SortRefer system, noting the series of questions required. These questions will help to determine the level of Will required. Once you've instructed the quotation, Stephensons or Kinherit will telephone the client to discuss their individual requirements and will talk through the fact find. The Draft Will be created and sent to the client for their verification and approval.
A Non-Advised Online Will with Beyond:
Once you have instructed through the SortRefer system and inputted your client contact details, they'll receive a link, which will allow them to go through their Will process online. Beyond advise that their Wills take just 15 minutes to complete, with online help at each step of the process, if required. Once all the steps have been filled in, your client's Will is complete, and they can print and sign (as per the instructions on the Beyond… site).
