Transparency
It is well known that some conveyancing quotes in the industry include the legal fee only. However, this means that the client could face an additional bill for the searches, disbursements and any supplements required to complete their case.
We’re proud that each quotation we produce is entirely transparent and includes all of the ‘nuts and bolts needed to complete the case, including searches, disbursements and the necessary supplements.
