An update on the SortRefer support team

Due to the changing environment with COVID-19, we have taken the decision to operate with a reduced support function at SortRefer from 1st April 2020.

Please rest assured that we are still here to help and support you during this time.

To help manage call volumes and workflow, please can you direct any enquiries to enquiries@sortrefer.co.uk in the first instance. These will be picked up and responded to by our team.

An update on our products and supplier panel

✔ SortRefer will be accepting all new instructions, although we have taken the decision to operate with a reduced support function from 1st April 2020.

✔ For  Sale, Purchase and Remortgage cases, suppliers will continue to work on these, subject to market constraints.

✔ Remortgage cases are still able to complete - subject to mortgage offers and lender funds

✔ Sale and Purchase cases that can't complete during this time, will all still be worked on during this lockdown period.

✔ Please be aware that our 'no completion, no fee' guarantee still stands during this time

✔ Surveys can be instructed, ready for when access is allowed

As always, we are still here to help during this time, even with a reduced support function.
