Get to know Kat Kosmowska, our Regional Account Manager for the South East who is an ex-mortgage broker. We asked her a few questions on her role at SortRefer and what she enjoys doing in her spare time.
1. When did you join SortRefer?
I joined SortRefer in October 2017
2. What was your previous job role?
I was a Mortgage Adviser and used SortRefer to source Conveyancing for my client base.
3. Describe a typical day as a Regional Account Manager?
I spend most of my time out visiting brokers, helping them with any queries and building relationships.
4. What questions do you mostly get asked by brokers?
Most of the questions I get asked are around the registration process.
5. What’s the best way you can resolve an issue for a client?
We have excellent relationships with the firms on our panel. If there are any issues I am in an excellent position to help resolve it quickly and in the most effective way. We also have several dedicated teams – both in-house and on the road to assist too.

7. What do you want to achieve in the next year?
I want to continue developing in my role and improving the relationships with my brokers.
8. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Spending time with the people I care about and going to live music concerts.

10. Tell us something most people don’t know about you?
I worked in Dubai for a couple of years as a Mortgage Adviser.
