What a night!
In October, Sort Ball brought the industry together at Vaillant Live in Derby for an evening of great company, brilliant entertainment and a packed dance floor.
Thank you to everyone who joined us.
The room came alive as new connections were made alongside catch-ups with familiar faces, and the night celebrated the people who make our industry what it is.
A word from our CEO
Reflecting on the evening, Kevin Tunnicliffe, CEO of Sort Group, shares:
“Once again, we’ve brought people together and celebrated the relationships that make our industry what it is. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces, alongside new connections, all coming together to enjoy the evening.
Sort Ball 2026 was such a special occasion. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and helped make the night what it was.
It’s great to see the industry coming together in this way, and we’re proud to be able to create opportunities for that to happen.”
Building on last year’s success
Keith Ahmed, Managing Director of Sort Group, adds:
“Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, we were delighted to welcome everyone back for another fantastic evening. We wanted to create an occasion that felt special, gave people the chance to enjoy themselves and brought our industry closer together.
Seeing the room come alive, from the entertainment to the packed dance floor, made all the planning worthwhile. It was brilliant to see so many people taking the opportunity to catch up, strengthen relationships and make new connections in such a fantastic setting. Behind the scenes
Emma Brown, Head of Marketing and the organiser of the event, adds:
“Organising an event of this size is no mean feat. Preparations began back in November 2025, when we secured Vaillant Live in Derby. Our brief was to deliver an unconventional networking event, paired with good food, good entertainment and good company, and I think we delivered just that. A huge thank you to everyone who was involved in bringing the event to life, and to everyone who came along. The positive feedback has been amazing and is proof that all the effort was worth it.”
