In December, we introduced some important updates to our Remortgage products, including renaming our Fixed Price Remortgage to Fixed Price Legals, updating pricing, and simplifying referral fees.
These changes have been well received, making choosing the right Remortgage product for your clients easier.

Key changes to our Remortgage packages
- Fixed Price Remortgage Renamed to Fixed Price Legals: To better reflect its structure, Fixed Price Remortgage is now called Fixed Price Legals. The package price covers the Fixed Price Legal fee, Electronic ID, and VAT, with additional disbursements listed separately for full transparency.
- Updated Packages & Pricing: We introduced a revised pricing structure, with Fixed Price Legals packages now available at £175, £225, £275, £375, £475, and £575.
- Simplified Referral Fees: We moved to a flat-rate referral fee system, making earnings more clearer. Referral fees now range from £40 to £280 depending on the package chosen. Clearer fee breakdowns ensure clients understand the total cost upfront, thus, simplifying the Remortgage process.

- Includes necessary Buy To Let and Leasehold supplements

- Ideal for Help To Buy Redemptions
- Can be paired with a Valuation
- Another great alternative for Free Legals
Please note, any additional work required on top (outside of the Help to Buy Redemption/Deed of Postponement) will incur an additional cost, which won’t be shown on the bottom line of the quote.
Please also be aware, the ‘fixed’ element refers to the legal cost only, meaning some additional disbursements will be added on top of the Fixed Price Legal cost.
Additional work and extra costs
We know that each Conveyancing case can be different from the next, which means cases will unavoidably incur extra work and therefore, additional costs to pay for the added time and effort required to carry out the case.
