At SortRefer, we offer several Remortgage product options for you to use via our system, suiting many different scenarios.
With more products to choose from, we want to make the process of selecting the right one for your client and their circumstances simpler and, in turn, making your job easier.
Our Remortgage options we offer on our site:
Standard Remortgage
Offers the largest selection of suppliers, fully flexible referral fee (up to £300) and gives you a fully flexible quote, with the ability to bespoke the quotation and with additional work you know about at the time of quotation.
Fixed Price Remortgage (£199, £249, £299, £399, £499, £599)
This option is great for those more straightforward cases, a great alternative to Free Legals.
Please be aware: the ‘Fixed’ element refers to the package cost only. Any additional work will incur additional cost, which won’t be shown on the bottom line of the quote.
Flexible Remortgage (£245, £299, £345, £395, £445, £495)
Our newest, bespoke offering provides a cost-effective base price package with the ability to add ‘additional work and costs’ to the overall cost, giving your clients transparency and helping them to manage their cost expectations. Also a great alternative to Free Legals.
Buy To Let (£375)
This package includes the necessary Buy To Let and Leasehold supplements. Another great alternative for Free Legals.
Help To Buy (£199, £249, £299, £399, £499, £599)
This product can also be paired with a Valuation, helping you to give your client a bespoke Help-to-buy service, plus a great alternative for Free Legals.
Please be aware: the ‘Fixed’ element refers to the package cost only. Any additional work (outside of the Help to Buy Redemption/Deed of Postponement) will incur additional costs, which won’t be shown on the bottom line of the quote.
We know that each Conveyancing case can be different from the next, which means some cases will unavoidably incur extra work and therefore, additional costs to pay for the added time and effort required to carry out the case.
