On the run up to our birthday, we’ve been celebrating by sharing 14 highlights from our 14 years.
1 - In 14 years… we’ve had 3 re-brands!
2 - In 14 years… We moved offices in 2016… originally starting off in Etwall, Derbyshire and been in our Derby Headquarters ever since, with some alterations and changes being made throughout the years…
3 - In 14 years… We’ve been accredited Investors in People in 2016 & reached silver level in the years 2019 & 2023!
4 - In 14 years… We had our own Business Club video made in 2017 with The Telegraph! Take a look… Watch our Telegraph video
5 - In 14 years… We’ve launched our own Employee Reward & recognition scheme, a.k.a. the Wheel of Sortune back in 2019 & have rewarded 27 staff members with luxury prizes for their hard work!
6 - In 14 years… We launched our own Loyalty scheme; Sort Club in 2021 and have so far gifted 686 of you with prizes!

8 - In 14 years… We’ve won a total of 11 awards throughout the years! As well as winning 8 commended & 27 finalists positions!
9 - In 14 years… We have our own stock of Merchandise (old & new branding!) and our team have packed a staggering 600+ bags for events!
10 - In 14 years… We’ve attended 87 events across the nation – imagine the miles our teams must have travelled!
11 - In 14 years… We have launched an impressive 24 products on our system – with more to come! Supplying Conveyancing, Surveys, Wills, EPCs, Independent Legal Advice & much more.
12 - In 14 years… We’ve partnered with many professional suppliers throughout the years! Currently on our portal, we’re thrilled to have over 20 Conveyancers, 6 surveyors and 5 auxiliary suppliers – all to help benefit you and your clients!
13 - In 14 years… We’ve broken our own monthly record 130 times! Which is all thanks to you and your firms for choosing us as your panel manager.
14 - In 14 years… We have a total number of 123 years of service throughout our SortRefer brand… combine this with our sister brands (Sort Move & Sort Legal) and you’ve got a well-established Sort Group!
