We are delighted to announce the launch of a new service on SortRefer. You can now quote and instruct Stand-alone Transfer of Equity cases. The facility is there to be used when your clients want to retain, but also change the ownership details of, a property they already have without remortgaging it.
The work will be carried out by the experienced team at O’Neill Patient Solicitors and, as with our other conveyancing services, you can self-select the amount of your referral fee.
