You'll have already met Rich and Debra in 'TAMs part 1'. Now we're introducing our remaining TAMs - Kate, Neringa and Gwyllam.
Meet Kate – covering the West
Kate has worked at SortRefer for eleven months. Before SortRefer she had a number of jobs in Customer Services and worked on social media strategies for phone companies. Another previous role Kate had was at a mortgage broker firm called 'Optimum Financial Group'. In her time at SortRefer, her favourite aspects of the job are building relationships with brokers and working with a great team. Moving from a customer adviser role to a telephone account manager role, Kate is primarily focusing heavily on customer services and utilising her last role to expand the service she'll offer as a TAM.
Kate says: "Working as a TAM allows RAM, Paul to focus on other areas, more so with the relationships with our brokers and I can further establish the strong relations I already have with our solicitors on panel."
Meet Neringa – covering the East
Neringa has worked at SortRefer for almost two years. Her primary responsibility is to interact with all clients in the East Midlands. At her time at SortRefer she’s been the main point of call to all brokers, dealing with all queries and making sure the process of instructing through the portal is as smooth and efficient as possible. One of the positives is that the company give a positive environment to learn. After a year with the company, she started studying a CeMap qualification, and her future aims and ambitions are to be a RAM.
Neringa says: "I am genuinely passionate about the success of my brokers. I pro-actively dig into issues and try to understand the client's needs. I have a reputation for going the extra mile and constantly challenge myself to learn new skills and explore new ways to support my clients."
Meet Gwyllam – covering North London
Gwyllam is the newest members of the TAM team. His move to SortRefer is an opportunity to start a career that brings chances to build knowledge of the mortgage and conveyancing process. Gwyllam has worked in sales and customer services before joining SortRefer. His first-hand experience of buying and selling a house really helps his current role and he is keen to make it as stress-free as possible for the end client. Gwyllam will be working with RAM, Roy, covering North London. Gwyllam loves London, the atmosphere and buzz of the Capital City and can't wait to join Roy on the roads in future visits.
Gwyllam says: "So far I have learnt lots, I could talk about SortRefer all day. The company wants to succeed and, being new, I want to hit the ground running by helping Roy answer queries and being the first point of call for the brokers who rely on updates. SortRefer is evolving the market, and I'm excited to be a part of the continued growth and success."
