This time last month, the team at SortRefer unveiled their website SortRefer.co.uk to the wider IFA and Mortgage Broker community and the response has seen both Introducer numbers and business levels soar.

In the past month, the number of Introducers registered with the site has increased by over 20% and the number of instructions has more than doubled against the same period last year.

The site offers intermediaries some market-leading residential conveyancing deals but that’s not all that it does. In addition, advisers can refer and earn from commercial conveyancing, residential and commercial surveys, specialist property reports and energy performance certificates.

Managing Director Kevin Tunnicliffe, puts these increases down to a number of factors but predominantly: the publicising of the site for the first time, the competitiveness of the services being offered, the site's functionality, the recruitment of a new Business Account Manager as well as an encouraging general upturn in the market.

Kevin said "We are thrilled. We spent a long time developing the site to ensure that when we started to promote it more widely, we would be in a position to deliver. We knew that those advisers who were with us already valued our proposition, but to have so many new registrations and instructions coming in in the first month has re-enforced our conviction that we've got it right. The feedback from these new introducers has been very complimentary."
