SortRefer unveils the Second Search Promise.
When you use a SortRefer recommended solicitor In England/Wales to carry out the conveyancing work for your client, the standard searches will come with a Second Search Promise.
This means that if the transaction falls through for situations out of your client’s control, SortRefer will ensure that all searches required on the next purchase are free of charge.
There are a few conditions:
- You must continue to use a SortRefer recommended solicitor within England/Wales.
- The searches must be ordered within 6 months of the date of the first transaction falling through.
- Clients can only benefit from the Search pack promise once, which means if the second purchase falls through, the further searches will need to be paid for.
The Recommended Solicitor will inform SortRefer that the purchase transaction has fallen through, and if the Solicitor orders the searches within 6 months of the date of the first purchase transaction falling through, these will be free of charge.
