This means that even though we continue to use some of the UK’s largest specialist firms - who are dedicated to providing top level customer service - our total fees are now even more competitive.
Via our easy to use quotation and instruction facility, you can be confident that your clients will get a fantastic deal and receive a great service. You can now also track the progress of your cases through to completion – with regular case update emails being sent to you. Choose how often you want to receive these updates – this can either be at every single milestone, or simply at key milestones.

Surveys
We are also delighted to confirm that we have re-negotiated the prices for our Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys, thus ensuring that we continue to offer you additional products at fantastic rates.
Again, this has been done without compromise to service levels and as the Introducer, you still have the ability to self-select the level of your Introductory Fee.
You now also have the ability to offer 2 options when quoting for a Building Survey.
As with other suppliers, your first option is to request that just the Survey is carried out. However, there is also a second option, whereby your client doesn’t just receive the Survey – they can also request that a Property Valuation is included.
