Feedback from our Intermediary customers is very important to us. So much so, we've created a new Fixed Price Remortgage product for £349, following recent observations.
You may wonder how this differs from our current package of Fixed Price Remortgages?
The answer is simple - our new £349 includes the cost of a Telegraphic Transfer fee, whereas the rest of our Fixed Price products include the cost of BACs transfer for the redemption of the existing mortgage.
We understand that some mortgage lenders do require existing mortgage accounts to be redeemed by electronic funds transfer, which is why this product has been designed.
When can I use the new product?
The new product is now live on our portal. Simply head to the 'Quote/Refer' page once logged in, selecting the 'Fixed Price Remortgage - £349 including TT'
