I worked as an Insurance Adviser (customer service associate)
What do you enjoy about working for SortRefer?
I love being part of a happy, friendly team who want to help people.
What questions do you mostly get asked by brokers?
The main question is requesting an update on a particular case, so I’ll ensure I liaise with the relevant parties to get them the information they require.
What advice would you give someone who wants to work in customer services?
It’s important to be empathetic and a good listener
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Going to watch Derby County play football and spending time with my family
What're your top tips for resolving an issue for a broker?
Listening to their issues and deal with them as swiftly as possible.
What are you currently looking forward to the most?
I’m looking forward to going on holiday with my family

Italian/Mexican are my favourite foods.
