To mark Emma and Carolyn's three-year work anniversary, we've spent three minutes with each to find out some of their three favourite things. Find out why SortRefer is a great place to work…

What have been your three favourite days at SortRefer so far?
- My first day – starting a new career in a different industry was a big move, but was very exciting.
- The day I recruited my marketing executive Chloe. It marked a step up in the marketing department, with lots of busy times to come!
- My three-year anniversary – Jan 2018. The department has come a long way since my very first day and I'm proud of every achievement we've made.
