We’ve recently received feedback on our Fixed Price Remortgage products, and after taking everything into consideration, we’ve created this new pilot product: Flexible Remortgage.
We currently have just 1 x new package, priced at £349. But, based on feedback and how well this is received, we will look into providing other package prices in the future.
Flexible Remortgage, what is it?
This product gives you a package price of £349 that includes all of the necessary legal work required for a Remortgage case. It also gives you the flexibility to shape the cost at the point of quotation, by adding on additional work you may know about upfront, helping you to manage your client’s expectations on the costs. There may be other costs/additional work that is picked up by the legal team. If this is the case, the solicitor will inform the client.
We understand that managing client expectations on fees is important. This is why we’ve created a product that gives you a package price as a base, with the flexibility to add in additional work through the form to give your client a summary cost for the Conveyancing work.

How does the quoting work?
The process for quoting is simple and takes just a matter of moments:
- Click ‘Continue to quote’
- Fill in the quotation as accurately as possible.
- Please pay close attention to the additional options section. These icons, when clicked will add on the applicable cost for the additional work required.
- Once you’ve filled in the quotation form, click ‘Get quote’.
- The quotation will include the £349 base fee plus any other additional work selected from the quotation form.
- From here, you can save, instruct, email or re-quote.
