Here at SortRefer, we don’t just offer you Regional Support in the form of Business Development Managers and Telephone Account Managers. We also provide you with a dedicated Customer Service Team.
This specialist team was put together to help all parts of the chain. They work with our Brokers, Suppliers, and Introducers.
Our team acts as an additional point of contact for any escalated issues should they occur. The team deals with issues, but they also deal with administrative tasks, keeping our business moving.
This week we wanted to highlight the importance of our team and allow you to get to know our team members personally.

Here’s our Customer Service Team and a small introduction.
Tina Fisher - Head of Customer Service
Tina has over 20 years of managerial experience in different industries; some include Finance, Construction and Roofing.
Tina loves going out for walks to keep fit, attending festivals, and going to gigs in her spare time.
Tina loves her team and says the people she works with are amazing!
Llewela Holford - Key Account Support
Llewela has a master’s degree in animation, and before joining SortRefer, she was a design technician at a fabrication company.
Llewela is a student at the 3D Character workshop, being mentored by Shane Olson in her spare time.
Llewela loves the SortRefer values and treats our clients and staff. She says it’s a brilliant company to work for and a great community to be a part of.
Corey Titterton - Customer Service Advisor
Corey has worked with people all of his working life, SortRefer is his first office-based role, but he’s settled in well and is enjoying his new job.
Corey is a family man. He spends a lot of time with them, keeping fit and playing his guitar. Since joining SortRefer, Corey has found the ability to manage his time a blessing and work with a brilliant team of people.

Isha Ajmal - Customer Service Advisor
Isha has recently graduated with a BA (Hons) Philosophy degree at the University of York. Her hobbies include playing the piano and spending time with my friends and family.
Isha says that for the short time she has been at SortRefer, she loves that every day is different. She’s constantly learning and developing.
She’s thoroughly enjoyed helping brokers and ensuring they have the best possible experience with SortRefer. It’s been easy for her to fit in, and she has felt welcomed by every team member.
Natasha Marriott - Customer Service Advisor
Natasha’s background included working in nurseries. She used to mind children of all ages, and eventually, she worked her way up to the management team. After working in the nursery for a long time, she felt she needed a new challenge and joined SortRefer.
Natasha likes to spend time with her boyfriend and dog, Peanut, in her spare time. The pair often take the dog on long walks.
Natasha has said she enjoys working at SortRefer and is so pleased she made the significant change of career. She has told us that the management team at SortRefer are second to none. Each team member has been incredibly supportive toward her as well as welcoming. She feels she’s made some fantastic friends.
Natasha is also currently studying her CeMAP and is looking forward to gaining more knowledge, enabling her to help brokers further.
