We have another new team member!
Corey Titterton has now joined our Customer Service Team. We took some time to get to know Corey on a more personal level. We discussed Corey's reasons for joining SortRefer; we also added in some odd questions such as If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

What is your job title?
Customer Service Adviser
What made you want to join the SortRefer Team?
I wanted a career change and some real-world knowledge on conveyancing/property. I'm so glad I went for it.
Tell us about your previous experience. What did you do before joining SortRefer?
I used to be a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, this is my first go at conveyancing, and I didn't realise how much I'd enjoy it.
What do you want to achieve in the next year at SortRefer?
To be established in my new role and settle into the new team.
How would you describe good customer service?
Engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Doing this in an approachable and timely manner, ensuring the customer gets the result they had hoped for.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you?
I love history, and I know a decent amount of this and that.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It would definitely be fried chicken; you can have it with anything!
What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?
Cheering on McLaren when a Grand Prix is on, it’s my favourite time of the week.
If you could take three things to a desert island, what would they be?
My guitar, phone/laptop (some form of internet connection) and a big knife.
Who inspires you?
My daughter.
