Part 1 for all users:
1. We’ve made case notes 2-way. So, in addition to receiving case notes, you can now send your own notes to case-handlers by using our case-tracking system.
2. We’ve added a non-mandatory ‘lender’ field to conveyancing instructions to create an early warning system in the occasional instance where one of our partner firms can’t (or won’t) act for a particular lender.
Part 2 for business controllers only:
See the new ‘Manage Staff’ area where you can:
1. Invite other staff members to register
2. Select a time period and then create real-time reports on your staff’s quotation and instruction activity to see who is generating the income for your business
3. Grant various additional privileges to your staff members. Grant the powers to: Access all your firm’s cases, View all your firm’s statements and Register other members of staff.
