When did you join SortRefer?
I joined SortRefer on the 25th November 2015
What were your previous job roles?
All have been customer service roles within different fields i.e. retail, energy as I love speaking to people.
What do you enjoy about working for SortRefer?
The staff here are like a family and really look out for you. I have never experienced that in any other company I’ve worked for.
What questions do you mostly get asked by brokers?
When will the case be accepted? Can I have details of the case handler whilst the case is awaiting acceptance?
What advice would you give someone who wants to work in customer services?
One thing I will say to anyone who wants to work in customer service is to always find the correct answer. Even if it takes a while to find, keep the customer updated and deliver the right information.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Family time with my daughter and mum. There is nothing better than making memories to look back on in the future.
What are you currently looking forward to the most?
Getting back to work Full Time when my daughter starts school in a few years.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you?
I had my eyebrow pierced when I was 16 and still to this day can get an eyebrow bar in.
What’s your favourite food?
Chicken tikka fillets, roast potatoes, garlic and herb stuffed mushroom and vegetables. Delicious!
