In March 2019 Sort Group, the parent company of SortRefer, were incredibly proud to be awarded a prestigious Silver award by Investors in People, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation achieved by developing our people and maximising on technology.
Investors in People are the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provide a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making a great business. Working with clients across the globe, Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

The report focused on three key areas Leading, Supporting, Improving and gave in-depth analysis based on the standard of the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures.
