1. When did you join SortRefer?
I joined SortRefer in February 2015
2. What was your previous job role?
I was self-employed BDM consultant working in a variety of industries, however I was an IFA and Mortgage Broker for 24 Years!
3. Describe a typical day as a Regional Account Manager?
Visiting our brokers and making telephone calls to make appointments. It’s all about building relationships with new and existing clients.
4. What questions do you mostly get asked by brokers?
Mostly stamp duty land tax queries. On the flip side, people are shocked at how easy our system is to use!
5. What’s the best way you can resolve an issue for a client?
Calling us and speaking to your dedicated Telephone Account Manager who can directly talk to our suppliers.

7. What do you want to achieve in the next year?
Ensure all my brokers are happy and continue to use us for their clients’ conveyancing needs.
8. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy playing golf in my spare time
