An Energy Performance Certificate is a report to show how energy efficient a property is and will give it a grade between A and G. The certificate aims to include suggestions on how to improve the rating.
As from the 1st April 2018, there will be a requirement for any properties rented out in the private rented sector to have a minimum energy performance rating of E on an Energy Performance Certificate. Through SortRefer, you’re able to obtain a quick quote for an EPC.
Specialist Property Reports are often necessary for both property purchasers and owners if further investigations are required at a property. Potential issues could be picked up in a Homebuyers report or Building Survey with recommendations for investigations into one particular area. Examples of a Specialist Property Reports are; electrical, timber & damp, Japanese knot weed. Through our system, you can obtain prices for a selection of different specialist reports to assist your clients with.
