Meet Jessica, former Relationship Manager who has recently been promoted to Sales and Relationship Director at SortRefer. Jessica’s extensive knowledge comes from a background of being a qualified solicitor and a self-employed mortgage broker. The promotion marks growth, not only of the company but its people as well.

Typically, Jessica’s day to day routine consists of managing supplier key partnerships at SortRefer and dealing with case issues.
“I am a troubleshooter by nature and always look for a solution rather than seeing an issue as a problem.”
Often out on the road, Jessica meets regularly with everyone on panel and helps with complex and difficult cases. By pulling together sales and support roles, this ensures the delivery from a sales side and guarantees Suppliers are working closely with us. This enables us to bring client’s the best possible service.
Building relationships to build business
Building relationships is a key part of Jessica’s role.
Jessica says;
“Over the coming months, we will be supporting our Introducers and Suppliers alike, by bringing more proactivity to our referred cases. While the conveyancing world can never be perfect; I feel it can be made better by bringing all the parties together in the interests of the client.”

When Jessica worked as a mortgage broker, she used SortRefer.
