With immediate effect O’Neill Patient Solicitors are changing their customer ID requirements to accept copies of documents by email and fax, and no longer require original postal copies. Please also note ID documents will no longer need to be certified. An electronic identification check will be carried out by the firm on receipt of the copy identification documents. In the event the electronic identification check fails, full certified ID will be required, however this will be explained to the customer on each occasion where necessary.
