The process
- Click ‘Continue to Quote’ and enter your client’s details. If the case is already linked to a SortRefer purchase, details will auto-populate.
- Your client will receive a secure, branded email and answer simple Yes/No questions via a mobile-friendly form.
- The system checks responses against 40+ tax reliefs in real time:
- Standard Result (Green): The transaction is straightforward. A Verified Estimate certificate is issued immediately for the conveyancer.
- Non-Standard Result (Amber): Complexity or potential relief eligibility is detected.
⇾ For non-standard cases, the client can view fixed-price quotes and instruct a Chartered Tax Adviser directly.
