What’s new?
When instructing a new Conveyancing quote and by selecting the ‘Auction’ icon displayed in the 'Additional Options' section of the form, a new field will appear for you to select either ‘Traditional’ or ‘Modern’.
What’s the main difference between the two types of Auctions?
- Traditional – takes up to 28 days to exchange and is only available via a small number of suppliers we have on panel.
- Modern – takes up to 56 days to exchange.
Why do I need to select either type in the new field?
This new field will generate an even more accurate quotation for your clients, as well as help filter out which suppliers are available to take on the Auction case.
