What is Investors in People Gold?
Investors in People Gold is an internationally recognised standard that reflects dedication to continuous improvement, employee engagement, and developing a positive, high-performing workplace.
The Gold accreditation follows a rigorous evaluation process, assessing key areas including leadership, organisational values, communication, career development, and staff wellbeing, with only a select group of businesses meeting the rigorous standards required to achieve the Gold.
