- Tuesday 24th December – Phone lines close at 1pm
- Christmas Day – New Year’s day - Closed
- Thursday 2nd January – Phone lines open as normal – 9:15am – 5:15pm
Our online portal will still be available for you to access and use throughout the festive period, please bear in mind that our support team will return on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Introducers’ referral fees will be paid on:
