Where there is additional work to be done…
Some cases will unavoidably incur a supplement, e.g., cases involving Buy-To-Let properties, properties with Unregistered Title, Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership/Shared Equity properties, etc., so please refer to the additional fee list on the quote.
