We recently learnt that Target HCA are no longer administrators for the Help to Buy Equity loan scheme and new ownership has changed to Homes England.
While we understand that the process seems to be the same, this change in management is causing some challenges for our panel solicitors currently. They are experiencing long queues on the phone to the new provider, being cut off after one hour of waiting in some instances, and only being able to discuss one case per phone call.
Could we please ask that you bear with our suppliers during this time, as they are doing their best to work through the cases while encountering these communication challenges.
