Bridging finance is a short-term finance option that 'bridges the gap' whereby a borrower can secure the funds needed to complete a transaction. Bridging finance can cover many types of transactions, such as purchasing property at auction, renovations/refurbishments or generally a way to raise finance before the individual can secure more long-term finance (i.e, a longer-term mortgage). How to quote:
- Click 'Continue to Refer'
- Choose the Purchase or Remortgage using the tabs at the top of the page.
- Complete the referral form with as many details as possible and enter your client's information.
- Click 'Next'.
- You'll reach the Saved Quotations page, where you can click 'Refer' to send to Birchall Blackburn.
- Once Birchall Blackburn has received the referral, they will call the client directly to ask any further questions in order to supply a bespoke quotation. You and your customer will both be copied into the email quotation.
