We're pleased to announce we have a new Telephone Business Development Manager, Kieran Johnson.
Kieran is our new Telephone BDM for South Central and the South East, working alongside our new Business Development Manager, soon joining the team.
Kieran has already settled into SortRefer; he's currently undertaking his two-week induction. As part of his intro to SortRefer, we have asked Kieran a series of 'getting to know you' questions. Check out his Q&A Blog below and get to know Kieran a little more.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role at SortRefer?
I am looking forward to getting to know my new colleagues and developing my area to its full potential.
What attracted you to SortRefer?
The company has a good history and brilliant products. I’ve also been given the opportunity to manage my area how I like to work and develop.
Tell us about your previous experience. What did you do before joining our team?
Business Development for marketing companies such as JDR Group and Go Daddy where I was managing and building portfolios.
What are your professional goals for the year ahead?
My aim as a Telephone Business Development Manager is to bring the South-East and South-Central area to the level they should be maintained at. I’d also like to get out to some events while building a positive name for myself within the Sort Group.
Describe your perfect day off?
A hot summer’s day; It starts with a full protein shake and the gym, followed by an afternoon in the pub garden with friends having excellent food and a laugh.
Do you have any hobbies? If so, how did you get into them?
My hobbies include kickboxing, going to the gym, and football. I got into these because I have strict parents and playing out when I was younger was not an option unless having a club or activity to go to.
Who inspires you?
Idris Elba, Will Smith, My dad. Single Male Parents were hard to find when I was growing up and I didn’t turn out too bad.
What led you to pursue your current career?
Financial benefits and the satisfaction of helping other people
What's your favourite movie of all time?
Every Will Smith film.
How would you spend your ideal holiday if money wasn't a factor?
Monaco in the South of France; VIP balcony at the F1 followed by a yacht party.
