Isha has now joined our Customer Services team. We discussed everything from Piano teacher qualification to her reasons for joining our incredible team and Isha's hopes for her future here at SortRefer.
What made you want to join the SortRefer Team?
I wanted to do something new and gain experience in customer service. After learning more about SortRefer, it sounded like an excellent opportunity to do just this. I was so happy when I was offered the job as this is something entirely new for me.
Tell us about your previous experience. What did you do before joining SortRefer?
I have recently graduated from the University of York with a BA Philosophy degree. Throughout this, I had been working in retail.
What do you enjoy the most about working in Customer Service?
I am an amicable person and love meeting new people. Customer service is something I love being involved in as it allows me to talk interact with people daily, as well as helping them through a particular process or problem.
What are you looking forward to most about working for SortRefer?
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and gaining new experiences.
What do you want to achieve in the next year?
I want to be exceeding in my current role and, hopefully, have a chance to progress at SortRefer.
Tell us something most people don't know about you?
I am a qualified Piano teacher and achieved grade 8 in piano in 2016.
Describe your dream holiday if money was no object?
My dream holiday would be to Iceland to see the Northern Lights.
If you could take three things to a desert island, what would they be?
My phone, sun cream and water.
