What made you want to join the SortRefer Team?
I wanted to join SortRefer as I wanted to experience a new challenge and work with different people daily.
I also wanted to transfer my skills and knowledge to other areas. I love learning and challenging myself.
When I interviewed for SortRefer, Tina explained how at SortRefer, you are provided with full training, and you’re constantly developing.
After buying my first house earlier last year, I had a buzz to learn about conveyancing and to be part of other people’s journeys.
Tell us about your previous experience. What did you do before joining SortRefer?
My previous employment was within nursery and care settings for 7 Years. I worked myself up to a senior at this time and eventually managed a team of 7 people.
