The Challenge

A broker from Jem Mortgages Ltd was advised by the conveyancer that his client would not be completing on the planned day, as they had not received the Certificate of Title (COT). This was a big issue for the broker as it was so close to the completion date.

The Solution

The broker contacted his Regional Account Manager, Roy Mansell, who jumped straight into finding a resolution for the situation. Roy spoke with the conveyancer and arranged for a new Certificate of Title (COT) to be sent over. At first, it looked unlikely to get another form sent over in time, but Roy kept the communication going and made it possible. 

The Outcome

With Roy's help aided by Telephone Account Manager, Richard, the issue was resolved and the case was completed on the day, as planned. The client was happy and, due to the quick resolution, was unaware of the problem that had occurred in the background.
